Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

Shipments to Metropolitan France are usually carried out by TNT.

Different carriers can be offered to you depending of your delivery address, for example:

  • Colissimo suivi by La Poste is the chosen carrier for shipments to French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM)
  • GLS is the preferred carrier for shipments outside France. This will be specified at the time of your order.

The delivery address is made at the address indicated at the time of your order. Each order will be processed only upon receipt and collection of your payment. Delays will run accordingly.

Risks will be at your expense from the date the ordered products will have left our warehouse. 

All events of whatever nature, such as force majeure, sinister, strikes, administrative decisions, or stoppage of transport, which would tend to delay, prevent and exorbitantly execute the supply, Constitute by express agreement a cause of suspension or extinction of Carla Raffi's obligations at its option, without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event extends beyond one month.

In any case, any delay in delivery can not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders in progress.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Taxes and customs duties

In the case of an order shipped to any country other than France, you are designed as the "importer of the products" concerned by this order.

Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be asked to you.

These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the wholesaler Carla Raffi. Therefore, they are the sole responsibility of the importer of the products both in terms of declarations and in terms of payment to the rightful competent authorities and state agencies of the destination country.

It is the responsibility of the importer to inquire about these aspects with the concerned local authorities.

The articles we sell are described (composition, provenance) and presented with the greatest accuracy. If, despite all our precautions, errors could have occurred, we could not be committed to this fact.


Any article received defective or presenting an anomaly may be returned to the company Carla Raffi after having informed the latter. Any complaint must be made within 8 days after receipt of the order.

Beyond this period, no dispute or refund can be formulated or established.

Upon receipt, items will be exchanged within the limit of available stocks. If, however, the items are no longer available, you will have a credit note.
